1. About this service
Lower League Analyst is a football statistical analysis tool operated by Maitland Agency Limited. We analyse fixtures across the Championship, League One, League Two, and the National League using data-driven methods. Our analysis is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Lower League Analyst is not a gambling operator, bookmaker, or betting intermediary. We do not facilitate, process, or accept any form of bet or wager. We do not hold a Gambling Commission licence because our service does not require one. What users choose to do with the analysis we provide is entirely their own decision and responsibility.
2. No guarantee of accuracy
Football is inherently unpredictable. While our analysis is data-driven and methodical, no analytical model can guarantee the outcome of any sporting event. A high conviction score reflects alignment across multiple data factors - it does not represent a prediction of certainty.
Past model performance is not indicative of future results. We make no representation or warranty that our analysis will be accurate, complete, or produce any particular outcome.
3. Your responsibilities
By using Lower League Analyst, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the analysis we provide. You should never risk more than you can comfortably afford to lose.

4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. We offer a 14-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, you may subscribe on a monthly (£12/month) or annual (£99/year) basis. All prices include VAT where applicable. Full pricing details are in the Lower League Analyst FAQs.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
5. Intellectual property
All content, analysis, data presentations, conviction scoring models, and branding on Lower League Analyst are the property of Maitland Agency Limited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our analysis without written permission.
Fixture data is sourced from third-party providers and is used under licence. We do not claim ownership of underlying football data.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Lower League Analyst to: scrape, copy, or systematically download our analysis for redistribution; create competing products or services using our data; share your account credentials with others; or misrepresent our analysis as your own.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lower League Analyst and Maitland Agency Limited accept no liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made based on our analysis.
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service during that period.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
